Extended Care team will be making some internal infrastructure updates to the PROD environment. This is related to a mandatory database upgrade to consume security enhancements and bug fixes.

Existing meetings will continue uninterrupted but there may be a short 15-20 minutes period that will affect the starting of new meetings.

While we have taken every precaution to prevent any service interruption, there is a slight possibility of a short downtime. We will be closely monitoring the process to swiftly address any unforeseen issues and minimize any impact on your experience.
